SCBWI meeting at The Bookstore
The Grovey Coconut Grove/Miami Children's SCBWI Critique Group meets on Tuesday, October 4 from 6 to 8 pm at The Bookstore in the Grove.
Please bring notebook and pen with you. Also please bring copies of your work to share. This meeting is open to both children book writers and illustrators.
SCBWI is the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators, an international organization. The non-profit founded in 1971 not only supports children's books but also writing for magazines, film, television and multimedia. It's a network for the exchange of ideas between writers, illustrators, editors, publishers, agents, book sellers and even librarians. There are over 22,000 members worldwide.
