Massive project planned for US1 and 27 Avenue

Get ready for more traffic. Grass River Property LLC and Terra Group LLC released these images for Grove Central, a large 5.18 acre developmend planned for US1 and 27 Avenue at the Metrorail station.

 In 2007, people fought the single condo concept that is there now, claiming traffic would increase significantly. The Latin American restaurant was knocked down on that spot making way for a condo development, but at the time, people fought the project. 
This massive structure which consists of retail and a hotel will increase traffic at that area, which is already congested. But development at the Metrorail stations was always part of the plan.
